Greetings, I am Metatron, friend to thee, in joy to be invited although I must say that I did really invite myself.

And why have I come? Well, I am always here with you but tonight I step out for it is time for you to be free within and it is time for you to be free without.

And what do we mean by this freedom? It is the freedom to have the heart lead.

For when you have the heart lead, you walk in a different way, you speak in a different way. Yes, you even eat in a different way for you understand and are filled with the joy and the gratitude and the appreciation of what you are ingesting. When the heart is leading the heart even radiates out a beautiful vibration that even makes your food taste better and your water taste better.

But sometimes one does not feel free to let the heart lead because humans have been taught, they have been shown by example and programmed that it is more important that the others lead. They are told what to do and there must be competition and there must be getting ahead of another and there must be differences.

But when beloveds, you find the pathway to your heart, you are finding the pathway to freedom. And you say, Metatron, but how can I do that? I don’t understand. And that is why I have come, to remind you that is at your beckon and call at anytime.

There is a song that is always singing inside thee. I ask you to listen to it, to listen for it. And when you have a feeling that comes and you realize that is not a feeling that is allowing me to feel free and to feel peaceful and to feel at ease within myself and that can even be a physical issue, I ask you to take a moment and acknowledge that there is a tightness for that is what these things are coming to show you.

We call them the knots in the Tree of Life, the knots that do not allow the heart energy and the divine energy to flow. For when it is flowing, you are feeling the freedom because there is a freedom for this Godly energy to go throughout your very essence and the pathway there is through the heart.

So let us now take all that is not allowing you to be in the flow of what we call shefa. Even if it is another person, the frustration, the anxiety you feel, they form knots, tightness in different aspects of your very sacred being.

How do we untie those knots? By the Love that comes from the heart saying, I see you and I understand that I have this issue right now. And that is quite okay that I have that issue. I am not going to look down upon myself because I am remembering that I always have the Divine energy flowing through me, that God is breathing through me.

And we take those sad ones, the frustrations, the anxieties, the terror, the worries and we say, I see you. I acknowledge you. I am sorry that you are caught. Let me help you. Let me help you release and breathe with your heart, it is as simple as that.

Breathing with your heart is a signal to us to come and help thee.

So do it now again, Breathe, breathe with your heart and the radiance that is vibrated out will transmute all that is bothering you.

So my dear ones, let us breathe, let the heart breathe and let us untie the knots. And now watch one by one all that you wish to release; physical, emotional, mental.

I bring you a golden heart, a golden heart that is within thee so you that may use that heart to find your way through the knots and experience the freedom that you have always meant to experience.

It is your birthright.

I come to share from my perspective, the gift that you are and how you can enjoy the ride more fully. This is Metatron. I am like your (laughter) partner in crime. We are here to do magic. And magic is part of what you have access to. My gift to you today is to remind you of the power and strength of the integrity within you. When I use and offer my Merkabah to you as a tool, it is sacred geometry that has real benefits. It is in part simply clearing away the dross of what is underneath at your soul essence. And you forget how powerful that is – your clear intent, your heartfelt, passionate desires to be of service, are incredibly useful in this transition.

This is why we come together to share with you the importance of caring for yourselves where so much opportunity exists to make a difference. And yet, if you are depleted, that opportunity will pass you by in a way that will leave you somewhat heartbroken. For you are not here to work from depletion, from lack of energy, from hanging on by your fingernails, trying to crawl your way back to a better place.

But you are here to stand in joy. You are here to emanate that which you are. The whole-hearted expression of divinity and form through not just your heart center, but your whole being. The touch of your fingers, the touch of your lips on the cheek of another, your arms wrapped around one in love are as much semblances and the reach of divine love itself, as is your intent to send heart energy to another.

Do not forget this. So, as you step into recognizing the beautiful forms that you are, they offer you this gift to experience divine love in this human, fragile form that you have so far considered more as a liability than a blessing. This is changing as you have begun to have new thoughts about the gift that you are. The opportunity you have to experience your bodies differently, to stay more youthful, to experience great energetic support and transmissions through them, to experience higher consciousness not just at the mental level, but in your hearts and whole beings down to the bottom of your toes.

This is when you begin to truly fly. For it is the integration of all these aspects that unlocks the most transcendent experience as divine in form. I share this with you as a reminder to love yourselves, to love every part and parcel of your being. The non-physical, the physical, the energetic, the emotional, the fears, the doubts, the every thought that comes through – you do not need to believe all of them, but loving them is the path forward.

Holding them in your embrace as fully accepted, okay, valid, and part of the whole, will assist them to calm, to relax, and for you to open into new layers of expression and experience that are even more joyful than you have touched into so far. This opportunity to be love in the present, now moment is extremely powerful under the current energies. It is nothing like you have seen before.

So allow yourself to play with this.

What does it mean to stop and be playful?

What will assist me to experience more joy in every process that I’m journeying through?

How can I access the greatest love that flows through me in this particular moment, in this particular relationship, through me to the people around me from the sun, the air, the Earth, her waters, up through the soles of my feet, through each particle within me that all my cells may be enlivened?

Ask yourself these questions and you shall experience new waves of well-being, new levels of joy and ecstasy. I am your beloved brother, Metatron. Call upon me whenever you wish, I will be there.

Greetings, I am Metatron, holder of the sacred cube, holder of the sacredness of you.

You don’t often see yourself as such but I see you for who you are.

There are times that you call out and you wonder how you can go on. You wonder how others can go on. But you have the power within and I bring you that reminder this eve or perhaps this morning or perhaps in any time that you may walk the earth as I did and walk in a higher space.

I am known as the scribe so I bring to you my sacred quill pen that you may now form and write what it is you are asking for.

There is a reason why things are written and you can write it upon your heart, you can write it on the parchment paper. You can write it in the air, you can write it in the sand. But take the time now to set your intentions. I already know what is in your heart. But for us to be true partners, I ask you to bring them to me now.

Now I am also known in addition to holder of the sacred cube, which we have formed with you, that I also oversee the Tree of Life.

Now there are many trees but within each one of your sacred essences, there is also a tree, a Tree of Life that we call it, that forms your energetic body, your light body and it comes in columns.

It comes with the left column and the right column and the middle column. And those columns are meant to work together and to come together as one braid.

You have seen many times the twisted braids, have you not? Braids of your DNA and the braids that are shown in kinds of breads and baked delicacies. It is a reminder for you that you always have the power to bring these three columns together.

And how do you do that? By believing that you can walk in the higher vibrations, that you are never alone and that the Light that you are that comes streaming down when you call to it will come and bring these three columns together.

So let us now call that Light and let it come down now.

Let it come down through the right side of your sacred essence and now let it come down through the left, the sacred essence. Let it come down now through the middle and let these three columns filled with Light begin to form the braid.

Now in this space, you are more powerful than you even know. You are as powerful as you think we are. Now with this Light and this coming together of these sacred parts of yourself, you may change everything.

So now I leave you and I remind you of the quill that I have given you that you may write on this braid what it is that you wish to change. What it is you wish to bring forth, what it is you are ready for.

Divine Ones,

We greet you in love. It is I, Archangel Metatron and I am here now, to share with you a bit about the current potential in play for you on Earth and some perspectives that can be useful to you as you create your life, anew.

New Light is present in your world. Archangel Michael has spoken of this recently and we echo that the potential for the first wave of ascending humans to become present as WorldBridgers, as ambassadors of the New Frequencies and the New Age is at hand.

Many of you are resonant with these frequencies and many of you are tuning yourself and aligning yourself with the Universal expression of your own greater wholeness and this expansive field of energy and light is increasingly taking hold within your energy presence and radiating from you into the Legacy of Humanity; the collective field of energy and light that is your species.

This coherent vast field of Universal harmony and unconditional love flows into you when you are aligned and can allow it.

As you are more steadily in these states, and even in a state of total openness — when you sleep and when your mind is quiet — then you receive and even anchor in these energies. As you embody these frequencies more and more, tempering your field to accomodate more and higher light, these energies then flow and emanate within you and from you, upgrading and elevating everything, lifting you into higher light expression transforming not only your awareness, but your physical form.

DNA is furthered by this association with the energies of the Universe. Your Universe is built on the energy of 12, and this order is a key to your ascension. As you relax and your frequency rises, your 44 inactivate DNA codes are activated and you become attuned to your Divine Potential. In this state you accurate receive energy and information from your I AM Presence, your Divine Self, or Monad and in this state, you have powerful influence over your experience including your physical experience and the cells in your body.

Your I AM/Your Monad/Your Divine Self is 12th dimensional and perfectly in tune with All That Is. It is your Source for everything.

On 12:12 this year, I will be placing the Metatronic Cube above your head, and the head of every human being who allows this, and pouring light through this into your human energy system; repatterining your energy and your DNA for the new age. This is important support and you have each summoned this by your devotion to awakening and remembering and living as the true Self; the Divine Self, or Source that you are.

The energy potential of this time, is also being influenced and amplified by the increased solar activity and the high frequency plasma of the sun which is available now, too, given the recent X-flares.

As always, energy and light flow to you expressing the Divine Perfection and based on your own higher evolutionary path. What you can receive and allow depends upon the state of your presence and your willingness to align and open to receive.

This week, we your Angelic friends, encourage you to make time to be in communion with the New Light, and to open inwardly and connect with All That You Are. Ask your Divine Self, to activate within you and align you with your innate connection to this Universe.

Then, call upon Melchizedek, the Universal Logos, and ask to be drawn into Unity with the Universal Oneness.

Then ask for this vast and conscious awareness of the perfect balance, harmony and clarity of Infinite Light be present within every cell in your body, unifying and aligning your human energy system with the perfect balance and order of the Infinite Oneness.

Then if you wish, call upon me, and ask me to unify your energy fields with my own and to ignite within you the Living Light of this Universe and to pour through the Metatronic Cube that which will ignite your higher potential physiologically, and in consciousness. Know this: it is my great joy to do so.

Dear Friends,

This is an eventful month indeed with so many potent cosmic influences.

12.12 is always a powerful day. 12 is Archangel Metatron’s number. Also this universe works on the frequency of 12.  As light workers know there is a huge boost to ascension taking place everywhere. On 12.12 this year Archangel Metatron himself is placing his Metatron cube over every single person on the planet for an instant during their sleep.  He is placing it flat above their Stella Gateway so that Source light can flow through Archangel Metatron’s symbol, touching their divine blueprint and reminding them of their purpose. For many it will be a wake up call.  For some it will be a huge boost to their innate wisdom.

Your divine blueprint is the plan that you agreed with your guide and over lighting archangel before you incarnated for this life.

To prepare for this, on 12.12 look at the Metatron cube (herewith) and state, ‘my intention is to be open and ready to receive Archangel Metatron’s light boost tonight.  Thank you.’

The full moon will be on Friday, 15th December and is known as the cold moon.  It is a time for reflection, planning and most important of all manifestation.  Because this year’s solstice is so powerful, this energy is reflected at the full moon, so it is an  important time to stand in your power and create your 2025.

21st December – winter or summer Solstice, the shortest day in the northern hemisphere of earth, is overseen by Archangel Sandalphon.   In the southern hemisphere, it is the summer solstice, the longest day, and is overseen by Archangel Metatron. Wherever you are it is a significant day. It marks beginnings and endings.  Death and rebirth.

This year it falls at a particularly potent time of change on the planet.  Whether you are celebrating the shortest day or the longest day, it is a day for ritual and celebration.

In the northern hemisphere invoke Archangel Sandalphon, then draw his symbol of a silver grey square.  You can do this with a finger or a pen or mark it out with haematite crystals.  Write inside it everything and everyone you are ready to release.  Thank Archangel Sandalphon.  Then spend some time in quiet reflection.

In the southern hemisphere invoke Archangel Metatron, draw or look at his golden orange Metatron cube.  The crystal is orange calcite.  Write down your hopes and wishes.   Thank Archangel Metatron.  Greet the Sun with gratitude and rejoice in the day.

As usual on 24th, 25th and 26th December the most important and significant portal of the year opens.  This year for the first time during this Christmas portal all seven rays of the Christ light are flowing in. They range from the seventh dimensional gold ray of Christ, that is stepped down through the planet Sirius, bathing you in love and healing and also protects you and builds your seventh dimensional crystalline light body…  Through to Christ rays on different frequencies to the 12th dimensional transparent ray of Christ that steps down through Helios and floods your body with pure love, healing and all the high frequency qualities and energies of Source. All the rays are incredible. And will automatically be available to you during this Christmas portal.  You just have to be open to receive them.

The Master Merlin is overseeing the seven Christ rays coming into us at this time. When I was asked why Jesus wasn’t overseeing them I was told that, as he is now the bringer of cosmic love for the universe, he was focusing on opening the higher hearts of humanity. When your higher heart is open, you can more readily absorb the seven rays of Christ light.  Focus on love of humanity and the Animal Kingdom and the cosmos to open your higher heart and access the wondrous seven Christ rays.

Remember that at Christmas, Archangels Christiel and Mariel, enfold you in love and peace.

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Archangel Metatron. It is a joy to be present with you today. I bring forth my love and the sacred gifts of the Angelic Kingdom to shower over and through your being. We are present to serve you and to support you. We are here to assist you in your journey of ascension.

We realise that many of you may be feeling frustrated at this time. You wish to recognise peace, love and truth upon the earth. You wish for yourself to transform, for other to transform, and for Mother Earth to transform. You wish to experience the reality that you have come to the earth to experience – a heaven upon the earth – a divine expression of the Creator in existence upon the earth.

Many of you may be feeling frustrated. You may be feeling impatient or maybe disappointed that what you seek, what you know is occurring, doesn’t seem to be manifesting, upon the earth, at the speed you might like.

You wish to recognise and see the love that is present between each person being expressed and experienced upon the earth; that every person is an expression of their divine creator self and so beauty, magnificence, divinity and magic can be seen upon the earth.

Yet, at this time, it seems that chaos, negativity, hurt and pain are what you are seeing in the earth and the people around you – maybe also in your own being. Again, this can be immensely frustrating. It can create anger within your being.

We, the Angelic Kingdom, wish for you to acknowledge that it is natural, at this stage of ascension, to experience frustration/disappointment/anger. If you are willing to recognise that that is what you are experiencing, and to embrace those feelings in love, as if you are cuddling/wrapping love around these feelings until they dissolve, then you will recognise a new energy and a new perspective emerging from within your being.

Your ascension process is within your being. Everything that you seek upon the earth, in others, and also in yourself, is within you. The world that you wish to see and create is inside of you. It first begins inside of you.

Each individual will recognise this new reality within their beings. It will be present in your vibration; in the energy that you radiate. You will begin to see your perspectives changing and shifting. You’ll notice more love, more kindness and more peace, in yourself, and the world around you. It is as if you are unfolding that new world from within your being.

Every being is doing the same. Each person is at a different stage. It might be that you are existing in this world of love and peace, and others are not. Maybe you are existing side by side, and that is perfectly fine. Everyone will reach the same stage but the reality that you seek is inside of you.

Don’t expect the world around you to change, or don’t wait for the world around you to change first.

That sacred world must come from within your being. That sacred reality – the way that you wish to live your life and wish to see others experiencing their reality – when you radiate it out, you are allowing yourself to exist in that space. Others will do the same, until everyone reaches the same level.

This is your ascension timeline. It is personal to you. In truth, it has nothing to do with the outer world and yet, your ascension timeline will influence the outer world. You will create a pocket of love and peace, and others will do the same.

Gradually these pockets of love and peace will overlap and overflow. That’s when there will be a tremendous boost in energy. You yourself will find yourself soaring into higher vibrations of light and sacred experiences.

The ascension of the earth, and all the people around you, is occurring, but what is most important is your ascension timeline; that is personal to you. It is time to create your goals.

When you think of a new earth – a new reality for all – what do you also think of for yourself?

How do you wish to live?

How do you wish to be?

What do you wish to radiate?

Most importantly, rather than focusing on what you want in the outer world, focus upon what you wish to experience in your inner world.

How do you wish to feel in every moment?

Do you wish to be an embodiment of love or bliss, peace, trust or truth – maybe a combination of all?

Are there certain things you wish to achieve within your being; certain healings, certain skills that you wish to awaken?

When you focus within, you’re focusing upon your own personal timeline. You create goals; a destination for yourself, knowing that you are already embodying your ascension and all that you seek. It is simply a process of you recognising all that you see within your being. When you focus upon this, your reality shifts – everything shifts – even the earth, even Mother Earth and those upon her.

And yes, you may still recognise chaos, pain and wounding upon the earth. Recognise that some things need to be resolved, released and understood. As you focus on your own personal ascension, you will have a new perspective of viewing yourself and the earth that will not only serve you, but will serve all.

It may feel as if you’re being selfish to focus upon your own inner ascension, but everything that you seek and everything that others seek comes from within ones being. If you demonstrate this, others will follow. Even if you do not speak with them, they are sensitive to your energy and to your focus.

Each and every being is connected and experiences a oneness. This is also something that you can focus upon. It simply requires a realisation – ours to experience the oneness that you hold within your being with all the greatest, purest, oneness – and it will come.

Your realisations of yourself and your ascension within your being are your power. They are more powerful, more impactful than anything else. Your ascension timeline is immensely important and you can encourage the same within others.

Greetings, I am Metraton, holder of the sacred cube, master of the Tree of Life. And when I say master, I refer to you as well for you are all masters and you have come to earth to be so. It is just a matter of remembering.

And I come today to answer the question, the question of patterns, of when you see patterns in your daily lives. For just as it is a pattern that being a master brings other masters who realize they are masters too, so observing patterns brings you to a new realm of understanding.

And that is why we ask you to observe, to be in that state of consciousness where you are mindful. When you are mindful, your gifts of being a master, of creating your reality, of transforming not only your world, but the world of many, of the world of all, comes to be.

So yes, look and see what is repeating, what is coming back to call your attention. The patterns come beloved when you bring the attention, for each thought, each word, each act, has its own consciousness, has its own vibration, is in a sense in its own world.

Take the act of stroking a cat with Love, one of the beloveds, with stroking a sweet dog with Love. That Love, that act, has its own consciousness, creates its own reality and it calls to others that are in that same vibration. So when you are doing that which is in that state of Love, so throughout your day, there will be many other opportunities calling to you to express that same Love.

Now, when you are mindful and you are noticing, you are observing, the forces of the universe come to a point. They come streaming in to say, this is what the master, this master that is focusing, is noticing, and wishes to create more of. And so, more of the same experience and in the same realm, will come flowing in.

Now, you ask, but Metatron, if I observe something that is of war, for example, and I don’t wish to have more experiences of war, what do I do about that? Do I not notice that, observe that? And we do ask you beloved, to be careful of what you are observing, what you are noticing.

But when it comes to war, we ask you to observe so you may transform it into beauty, into Love, for you have the power to do that by sending your Love, by sending your Light. For when you do that is a pattern that calls to other patterns and what are the patterns that come streaming in? It is our forces as well, our Light, our Love that get streamed to you, connecting with your intention to transform the state of war.

And thus you are given the opportunity so it is a fine balance of yes, noticing and understanding that you are a creator of your reality. And that when many of you come together with this understanding, patterns that you create become larger and thus you do so when you come together. For example, to pray and know that your intentions are creating many patterns.

And you say, but it does seem Metatron in all gratitude and in reverence, what the prayers that we do understand that is powerful work, but why does it sometimes seem as though it is not working? And we ask you beloveds, to keep creating that reality and that will be the reality that you live in and many will be called to that reality when they have had enough.

And so we leave you with the patterns because just as you have called for an answer to this question, there are many that have come streaming in to answer it as well. And thus I say we, for those patterns are of one consciousness and we answer with many voices.

So yes, be mindful, continue observing, noticing and you will see the reality that you create.

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Archangel Metatron. I invite you to be present with me in this moment as I bring forth the angelic love and peace to surround you.

I wish to speak of the fear of failing and how strong this fear can be within your being.

It is natural to activate fear from within your being in response to certain situations and experiences. Fear supports you with connecting with your inner aspect. It also supports you in recognising and ensuring your safety.

Fear, however, is often activated too powerfully or too many times and therefore fear becomes a natural existence… a way of living and a way of being… rather than a response to ensure your safety; to ensure that you take a moment to connect within your being to bring forth energies such as understanding, wisdom, guidance and thoughts that support you in that moment.

Fear, in many ways, is like a pause. It invites you to pause, to reflect within and ask what is needed.

What do you need to support yourself, in that moment?

Is there a need to reassess your actions, your perspective or your thoughts?

Fear can be immensely valuable. However, when fear becomes stuck within your being and stuck within your sub-conscious mind, due to trauma or negative experiences or feeling unsafe in the world, then you begin to live from that space of fear. Therefore, not only are you connecting with, energising and experiencing fear within your own being, you are also projecting it into your own reality.

Many people hold the stuck energy of fear of failing. They are fearful of failure and this can be in many aspects of that being, in daily reality, in their ascension process, and spiritual growth. It can be in achieving new things; achieving one’s dreams and desires in relationships, even your relationship with yourself.

Imagine for a moment, that in your relationship with yourself, you may have this stuck energy of either thinking that you are failing, or a fear of failing.

When we contemplate failure, we can connect with energies such as: not completing something, falling down, not being fully equipped or skilled to achieve something, not being ready or able, lacking in something.

In truth, we are denying ourselves fulfilment, completion and success, and so there is this fear of failing. Maybe it is connected to how you will look if you fail, or it might be that you’re fearful of how it will feel when you fail.

We can also recognise it as a fear of completion, a fear of fulfilment and success. You are doubting yourself. You are saying that you are unworthy of completion, fulfilment and success and so already you are creating boundaries and limitations. You’re creating an element of concern and worry, and a lack of belief in your abilities, while also creating a belief that even though you may try, you will not succeed.

If you are embarking upon a journey with these energies, you can imagine that the journey would be tremendously challenging.

Every being has this energy of fear and failure, maybe only minutely, or to a great extent. To some extent it ensures that you are safe – you stay in the surroundings, in the embodiment that you understand and you already know – and yet you are denying yourself connection with the Creator because we can recognise that fulfilment, completion and success are also a connection with the Creator and when fear is present…fear of failure…you are denying yourself connection with the Creator, and the Creator within you, for the journey.

Therefore, you are trying to walk a pathway or a journey, without support, and you are trying to complete something without the presence of support, love and connection.

So, how do we overcome this because you may hold these energies from another lifetime, or from this lifetime – maybe something that occurred in your childhood?

The most appropriate and beneficial thing to do is to recognise the fear, and recognise the fear of failure. Just recognising it, accepting it, exploring it, thinking about it and letting the words of fear and failure talk to you – telling you what it’s like – then you have a greater understanding.

Then it is appropriate to go, with your intention, into your heart space…your Heart Chakra and your Higher Heart Chakra above your Heart Chakra…to feel the love that is present and the support – the immense support that is present for you from your own being, your essence, your guides, your soul, your soul group and the Creator. Feel that energy of support and love, and surround the fear and failure with that love and support until it dissolves.

You may need to continue to do that each day, or maybe once a week, or every time you think of a situation or an experience. Gradually you will find that fear steps back and that you find yourself completing things. Completion doesn’t mean it’s the end. It can simply be reaching a point where you are able to recognise the advancement that has been made.

With this understanding you will then find that failure simply dissolves as well, not only in the area upon which you are concentrating, but in other areas as well. Gradually you recognise that everything begins to flourish…flow easily…that you feel more confident, more self-assured and that things are manifesting for you.

While you are in that space of feeling fear of failure, it’s as if you are locking yourself in and holding on tight. Without the fear of failure, you trust your intuition, you take leaps of faith…they may not always work out. You can heal yourself, you can change direction and you can mend things.

I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to contemplate my words and to contemplate your own inner sense of fear of failure.

Greetings, beloved beings of light, I am Archangel Metatron. What a joy it is to be in your presence today. I wish to bring forth an energy that is very much like an energy cylinder of light.

This cylinder of light is a cylinder of truth. It is immensely powerful. It supports deep and absolute clearing and healing and allows for the truth to emerge.

The Creator is sharing this cylinder of light for trauma healing, and you are able to download this cylinder of light into your being. The cylinder of light is especially designed to enter through your Crown Chakra. It exists throughout your entire chakra column. It also encapsulates your spine and your skull.

Often much trauma is held within the spine area. This cylinder of light, which allows truth to emerge, supports a deep and absolute clearing of trauma that has been collected and contained within the spine area.

This trauma may be from this lifetime. It may be from other lifetimes. Your spine symbolises your journey as a spiritual being and so it holds energy from your entire journey, not only your pathway upon the earth.

This light cylinder for trauma clearing is immensely powerful, but it’s also very delicate and gentle. It will not clear away all energies completely but will start to unravel the energies, awakening and releasing an area that is appropriate – a trauma that is appropriate – that will then allow you to be conscious of that trauma, to accept it and become aware of it. In doing so, you will allow for the clearing and the release.

The cylinder of light for trauma clearing will then clear everything attached to that trauma…that specific trauma…everything that has been created from that specific trauma. Then, when you are ready, you may feel it is appropriate to call upon the cylinder of light for trauma clearing once more.

You might find that it delicately and gently allows you to become aware of another trauma. This trauma you will be able to acknowledge and accept, and thus a clearing will take place. Everything connected to that trauma, everything that’s been created or stored connected to that trauma, will also be released.

The process continues at a speed that is appropriate for you, so that it is not overwhelming but simply serves you as a process and a pathway of growth.

The most appropriate traumas will come to your awareness that will create powerful impacts within your being and your reality.

You may find that when you download the cylinder of light for trauma clearing, that you don’t specifically become aware of any trauma. However, later in the day or another day, you might become aware of a pattern in your reality – something that has been occurring numerous times throughout your life – or you may have a sensation that is very different to something you’ve experienced in this lifetime, therefore, it may be from another lifetime. You may be able to recognise its imprint into your reality.

As you become aware of the trauma, the wounds or the stuck energy that is ready to be released, it will come into your awareness.

It is not for you to react, to judge it or to think badly of yourself, but simply to realise that you’ve been holding on to this, that it’s been impacting your being, and that now you can be free from it.

After the cylinder of light for trauma clearing has completed its clearing process, it sends the most beautiful golden, shimmering, glittering, sparkling light into your chakra column and into your spine. Each shimmering part, each part of glitter of the light is like a universe of light. So much light is present and all those glittering golden energies that will be anchored into your spine and your chakra column, each piece of glitter is like a world of light that you can access, that you can bring into your body, bring into embodiment.

Essentially, this cylinder of light is offering to you, the light of the universe, more light than you could possibly need. You have the opportunity to bathe yourself in light, in the most warm/tender/glowing golden light that supports/nurtures you and allows you to feel safe, secure, grounded, centred and aligned.

I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to really enjoy that golden, glittering light when it comes into your being because it is immensely sacred and special. It holds the vibration of love…an unconditional love…a love without limits or boundaries. It will be immensely healing and nurturing for your entire being.

When we acknowledge traumas and wounds held or collected within the chakra column and the spine, we are often recognising patterns – things that have been experienced multiple times – and while they may cause immense pain and suffering, there is also a relief in recognising the pattern and realising that the pattern will no longer continue. Not only does it stop for you, but because you are stopping it and releasing it, it is stopping for others as well, whether it’s generations to come or those around you with whom you are connected.

In recognising the patterns, you are moving through a process of release, setting yourself free from carrying these burdens and realising the lessons / understanding / spiritual growth held within these traumas.

Now is the time to use the light to set yourself free; to release the traumas, the wounds, the separation, the rejection and to recognise the light within your being. In doing so, you will discover a pathway forward that is filled with light, guidance and truth, that allows you to navigate through your reality with greater ease and to experience fulfilment, joy and bliss. These are your divine right.

Greetings beloved beacons of light, I am Archangel Metatron. May the joy of the angelic kingdom and the Creator be present within your being, within your heart and within your soul. Let this joy emanate into your entire being, into every cell and every aspect of yourself. May you experience joy fully upon the earth.

I, Archangel Metatron wish to speak of an energy vibration coming forth at this time of ascension. It can be recognised by three colours; yellow, orange and violet. These three colors of light are merging; they are synthesising and travelling across the entire Universe of the Creator, together. They create a powerful full mix that is supporting a deep awakening within many.

The purpose of this energy is to support you in surrendering… surrendering in a way that empowers you, that brings you closer to your own inner truth, your own inner knowingness and supporting you in accessing the deepening/evolving essence of the Creator, within your being.

The energy is labelled Surrendering for Awakening. It supports you in realising how to surrender to awakening.

I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to contemplate with me for a moment.

Are there areas of your reality that seem stuck; that you don’t feel that you know what to do or maybe things keep on happening in a negative way?

Maybe you feel burdened by your reality.

Maybe you feel burdened by your emotions or your thoughts.

You might feel that there are so many wounds within your being that are emerging, it is hard to cope with them – to heal them – and challenging to know exactly what to do. They might become overwhelming.

We can recognise all these areas as gateways to awakening. However uncomfortable they are, however challenging, however awkward/embarrassing/painful they are, they are gateways to awakening.

When you begin to recognise that these challenging moments, within your being and your reality, are actually moments where you can surrender to awakening, you’ll find that everything moves with greater ease; that wounds are released with greater ease, or healed with greater ease. Your inner emotional and mental wounds, the challenging or stuck energies within your being or your reality, also begin to transform.

The simple recognition that a stuck energy is a moment of awakening and that there is simply a need to surrender to the awakening, has a very powerful impact upon your being.

The energy coming forth, Surrendering for Awakening, assists you in experiencing three qualities of the Creator; three light vibrations that support you in surrendering.

Surrendering can almost seem like giving up or letting go.

I, Archangel Metatron, wish for you to recognise surrendering as collecting hope. You’re collecting hope that there is a greater pathway; that there is a greater understanding, a greater learning for you.

With this understanding, it is far easier to surrender to align yourself with the energies of the light and the Creator, that resolve stuck or challenging energies and bring forth into your reality, or from your being, everything that you need in that moment.

We can recognise surrendering as an alignment of hope, or an alignment to receiving what is needed in that moment, and often what is needed is different to what you wish for.

The energies coming forward, they are of yellow, orange and violet.

The yellow signifies mental clarity. It supports you in connecting with the divine mind. It supports you in connecting with your divine essence, the mind, the thought process, even the intuition of your sacred mind…of the Creator’s mind…and so everything can become clearer.

It also has this energy of clarity that flows through your reality allowing everything to become very simple and easy, making it is easier for you to navigate your reality and also find the simplicity and ease within your own being.

The orange energy supports your soul connection, allowing your soul energy to come forth to assist you; to ground into your reality and your being. It enables you to live from your soul essence; to be guided by and inspired by your soul essence.

The violet energy supports transformation and awakening; activations that allow you to soar sky high in your spiritual growth.

These energies merge with the clarity, the soul connection and the awakening. They create such a beautiful capsule of light for you to exist within, to breathe deeply within, and to feel a sense of surrendering/aligning with what is needed now for you.

The more you engage with this energy…this ascension energy that is travelling throughout the Universe of the Creator… you’ll find that everything becomes more simple, easier, that you are able to experience, more than understand, the process of surrendering and allow yourself to experience what is needed in your reality.

What is needed is the awakening that is ready and available. Within each situation and scenario in your reality, there is an awakening; an understanding, a growth that is waiting to be discovered that inspires you to experience yourself in a new way.
